Approach

My approach is built on the belief that you are the highest authority on your own body and experience. I operate from a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and anti-oppressive lens, recognizing that mental health is inseparable from the systems we inhabit. Whether we are navigating the complexities of chronic illness, unmasking neurodivergence, or deconstructing ableism, our work is a collaborative partnership aimed at dismantling internalized shame and reclaiming your autonomy.

Interventions

Everyone’s needs in therapy are unique, which is why I draw from several modalities and frameworks. My goal is to ensure I show up in a way that honors your lived experience, resonates with you, and aligns with your personal goals.

I approach my work from an emotion-focused, trauma-informed, and somatic-based perspective. This means we don’t just talk about the "what", we also look at how your feelings and experiences are held in your body.
